MEMBERSHIP T&C

GMG Training121 Ltd, trading as Training121, is a limited company registered in the Republic of Ireland. Our company registration number is 723388.

 

Introduction

The following is an outline of the T121 Membership Terms & Conditions for Training121. Participants must agree to this set of Terms & Conditions in order to book and attend a training session offered by Training121 or any additional services.

 

Definitions

Participant = A T121 member who has purchased a membership package from Training121.

“our”, “us”, or “we” refers to the business, GMG Training121 Ltd, trading as Training121.

Session credit = A training session (60 minutes) that falls under the category of a workshop or development group that can be used with the Silver and Gold membership packages.

 

Your Agreement

You, as a participant of Training121 (or a consenting adult for a minor or minors*) agree to the following T&Cs outlined below.

 

  • This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Terms & Conditions section of the sign up process.

  • You have read, in full, the Training121 Privacy Policy and our additional Terms and Conditions.

  • You have read, in full and understand that cancellations potentially may have a penalty fee in accordance with the T121 Cancellation Policy.

 

T121 Membership Terms & Conditions

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the T121 Membership Terms & Conditions section of the sign up process.

The participant will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for the type of membership chosen.

​

The contractual period is 3 months from the day the T121 membership is purchased.

​

The billing period is once every month for each month of the T121 membership purchased by the participant.

​

You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the membership details provided.

​

The second payment within month 2 will be collected one month after the participant has joined. The subsequent collection for the membership will be collected monthly thereafter.

​

The participant understands that the session credits they receive from purchasing a T121 membership do not carry over to future months in the existing membership term or future terms.

​

The participant understands that the session credits they receive can be used by the participant only and are non transferable to other participants and or pay-as-you-go members of Training121.

​

The participant understands that they cannot return a session credit in exchange for cash or monies.

​

The participant understands that they or Training121 have the right to cancel their membership at any time during tenure. For the participant to cancel their membership, they must reach out to [email protected]

​

If the participant cancels the membership during tenure, they will not receive a refund for previous payments made during the tenure. However, the participant will not be charged for the next month of tenure. E.g. If the participant cancels midway through month 2 of tenure, they will not be charged for month 3 of tenure.

​

The participant understands that when they cancel their membership, they lose the access to all items associated with their membership.

​

If Training121 cancels a session that you applied a session credit to from your membership, you will receive X1 session credit into your Training121 account.

​

The participant understands that there is a €20.00 additional fee for the first month of the first membership package they purchase.

​

If any payment is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, the participant.

​

Due to the nature of varying economic circumstances, regulation and competitive pressures, Training121 may need to increase the price of membership. Training121 will give 1 months’ notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after an increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions. If you do not terminate your membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.

 

We reserve the right to add additional terms and conditions during the term of tenure. We will communicate with you that there has been a change to the terms and conditions.
